Scratch Creative designs and delivers refined retail, experiential and live environments for some of the world’s leading brands. From concept through to build, we operate at the intersection of creativity, craftsmanship and production excellence. Our work spans flagship retail, pop ups, exhibitions and large scale brand activations across the UK and internationally. We partner closely with our clients to translate brand vision into physical spaces that are immersive, commercially effective and built to a high standard. Grounded in execution and obsessive attention to detail, we create environments that feel considered, elevated and memorable. We create moments that endure.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Experiential Project Manager to join the team and lead the delivery of our projects.
THE ROLE
This is not a traditional Project Manager role. You sit at the centre of projects, connecting client ambition with design development and production delivery. You will lead projects end to end, from initial brief through to onsite execution and final sign off. You will take ownership of timelines, budgets and delivery, while working closely with our design studio to shape ideas into clear, buildable outputs. You will also support the senior team on larger and more complex programmes, playing a key role in maintaining quality, pace and control across multiple workstreams. This role sits between creative and production. You need to be as comfortable in client conversations and shaping briefs as you are managing suppliers, logistics and onsite delivery. Reporting into Head of Projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead projects end to end from brief through to delivery
- Manage client relationships with confidence and clarity
- Take, challenge and refine briefs to establish clear direction
- Translate ideas into structured plans and actionable workflows
- Work closely with the design team to guide outputs and maintain momentum
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are practical, cost aligned and ready to build
- Define scope, programme and delivery frameworks across projects
- Build and manage detailed timelines, keeping all stages on track
- Manage suppliers, contractors and specialist partners
- Carry out site visits, feasibility reviews and technical assessments
- Lead onsite delivery, maintaining quality, pace and control throughout
- Ensure clear communication between client, design and production at all times
- Track budgets, manage changes in scope and support margin control
- Support senior team members on larger scale and international projects
ABOUT YOU
You are highly organised, detail driven and confident leading projects in fast paced environments. You have a strong background across experiential, retail or live events and understand how to take an idea and turn it into a clear, executable plan. You are comfortable working across both creative and production, and know how to keep teams aligned while maintaining high standards. You are confident on site, calm under pressure and able to manage multiple projects without losing control of the detail. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships and take ownership from first brief through to final delivery.
ESSENTIAL
- 4 to 7 years experience in experiential, retail, live events or creative agency environments
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Proven experience leading projects end to end
- Experience working closely with both design and production teams
- Excellent organisational and planning capability
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience managing onsite delivery and live environments
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and timelines
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience delivering retail environments or semi permanent installations
- Understanding of fabrication and production workflows
- International project experience
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary plus discretionary bonus
- Unlimited holiday
- Flexible working with Battersea HQ and remote
- Personal development allowance
