As we continue to grow, we are seeking an accomplished Experiential Producer to join our studio and help shape the next chapter of brand experience.
The Role
As an Experiential Producer, you sit at the centre of our projects, connecting client ambition with design excellence and production precision. This is a mid level role for someone experienced, commercially astute and creatively confident. You will lead client conversations, extract strategic briefs, and work closely with our design team to translate objectives into powerful, considered experiential environments. From initial concept through to live delivery, you ensure creative vision and operational execution remain perfectly aligned.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client relationships with confidence and clarity
- Translate strategic briefs into compelling experiential responses alongside the design team
- Develop high quality pitch decks, proposals and presentation materials
- Define scope, programme and delivery frameworks across projects
- Coordinate and manage specialist partners, suppliers and contractors
- Conduct site visits, feasibility reviews and technical assessments
- Oversee installation phases and provide senior presence during live event delivery
- Maintain seamless communication between client, design and production teams
- Contribute to broader strategic thinking across brand activations and experiential rollouts
- Protect and elevate brand DNA across every physical touchpoint
About You
You are an assured, client facing Producer with a proven track record delivering refined experiential and live event projects. You balance creativity with commercial awareness. You understand how to shape ambition into viable, beautifully executed outcomes.
Highly organised and composed under pressure, you thrive in fast paced environments where expectations are high and detail matters. You communicate with clarity, build lasting client relationships and take ownership of your projects from first conversation to final sign off.
Essential
- 3 to 6 years experience in experiential, live events or brand activation
- Strong client management and presentation capability
- Experience developing proposals and strategic pitch decks
- Solid understanding of production processes and onsite delivery
- Excellent organisational and programme management skills
- Confident managing budgets and commercial parameters
Nice to Have
- Experience delivering retail environments or semi permanent installations
- Working knowledge of fabrication and production workflows
- International project exposure
- Formal project management qualification or equivalent experience
