Head of Production (Events / Experiential/ Retail) Scratch Creative is a UK-based design studio specialising in retail environments, brand experiences, and live events worldwide. Since 2020, we’ve partnered with some of the world’s leading brands to deliver concepts that challenge convention and captivate audiences. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a highly experienced Head of Production to join our leadership team and oversee the successful delivery of large-scale projects and productions. This is a senior hire that will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, leading our production function, and ensuring the highest standards across every project. The Role As Head of Production, you will be responsible for overseeing the full production lifecycle of our retail, event and brand experience projects – from pitch through to delivery. You will work closely with the leadership team to shape production strategy, lead project teams, and ensure commercial and creative excellence. Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing the production department and our partners across multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Developing and maintaining production standards, processes and ways of working across the studio. Acting as the senior point of contact for clients on all production matters, building trust and long-term relationships. Overseeing budgets (typically £150k–£750k), resourcing, procurement and financial control, ensuring projects are delivered profitably. Partnering with our design and creative teams to ensure seamless translation from concept to execution.
