Midweight 3D Designer - Retail & Experiential Battersea Power Station / Hybrid | Competitive salary | Full time

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Midweight 3D Designer to join our team and help shape the future of brand experiences.
The Role
As a 3D Designer, you’ll lead the design process from concept to execution across retail, brand activations, pop ups, and live events. Working closely with clients and cross functional teams, you’ll create unique environments that reflect brand identity and deliver impact.
Reporting Into Head of Design
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and bring them to life through 3D design
- Produce high quality client presentations, including renderings, elevations, and material boards
- Support technical documentation including plans, elevations, details, and specifications
- Collaborate with contractors, fabricators, and partners to deliver projects smoothly
- Stay ahead of design trends within Retail, Experiential, and Events
About You
We’re looking for a passionate and driven designer with a proven track record delivering outstanding work for global brands. You have a keen eye for design, a strong awareness of trends, and a solid understanding of materials, finishes, and how environments are brought to life. You’re confident working across retail design and or brand experience design, with experience translating creative ideas into considered, buildable spaces. You care deeply about detail, take pride in your work, and are comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative studio environment where ideas move quickly from concept to execution. You’re proactive, organised, and communicative, able to manage your own workload while contributing positively to the wider design and project teams.
Essential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD including AutoCAD, V Ray, 3ds Max
- Strong portfolio of retail, experiential, or event design projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage complex, fast paced projects
Nice to Have
- Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Design qualifications or equivalent experience
- Previous production or design support experience
