Responsibilities- 90% inbound calls – responding to customer enquiries and making every interaction a great one.
- Handling emails and ensuring all customer queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Liaising with third parties to schedule and organise vehicle collections.
- Managing the full customer journey from start to finish to maintain high standards.
- Completing admin tasks accurately to keep everything running smoothly.
- Handling objections or issues calmly and confidently to ensure great outcomes.
- A customer service superstar with strong communication and rapport‑building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a can‑do, problem‑solving mindset.
- Comfortable working at pace in a busy environment and juggling multiple tasks.
- A professional, friendly telephone manner and confident IT skills (MS Office & bespoke systems).
- A true team player who is also self‑motivated and able to manage their own workload.

- Hours of work: Monday – Friday, Week 1: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Week 2: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
