About the Role: We’re hiring a Lead UX/Product Designer to head the UX/UI design of a guided sales agent assistant interface for our vehicle brokerage business. The ideal candidate will have experience designing adaptive, structured flows that improve onboarding and live customer interactions, especially within sales or service-based environments. You’ll define the entire experience — from information architecture and scripting prompts to wireframes, component libraries, and interaction flows — working closely with our development and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the UX strategy for a guided sales assistant product from concept to handoff.
- Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders (e.g. Head of Sales, Head of Development).
- Map user flows and agent pain points using existing CRM data and scripts.
- Design adaptive interfaces that dynamically respond to input (guided wizard model).
- Develop wireframes and high-fidelity mockups (Figma).
- Create component libraries and interaction guidelines.
- Document UX decisions with rationale (e.g., question sequencing, field prioritisation).
- Support implementation discovery with dev leads (e.g., sync logic, tech feasibility).
- Define the structure of a supporting Sales Wiki and how it integrates with the UI.
- Embed UX principles like cognitive load reduction and empathy-based interaction.
- Plan for scalability, including multiple user tiers (Beginner, Competent, Advanced).
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness in the designs.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering.
What You’ll Bring:
Essential Skills & Attributes:
- 5–8+ years of UX/Product Design experience, ideally in B2B tools, call centre platforms, or CRM UI/UX.
- Experience designing wizard-style, adaptive flows.
- Comfort with technical collaboration (i.e., building with/for dev teams).
- Strong background in sales psychology, agent tools, or conversational UI a big plus.
- Fluency in Figma, component systems, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
Why Join Us?
- Be a key player in shaping the digital experiences of a fast-scaling business.
- Work in a collaborative environment where your voice, data insights, and design thinking matter.
- Enjoy a supportive culture, modern offices, and real impact on products used by thousands daily.
- Charitable Impact: Over £800,000 raised for charities, with ongoing contributions to social causes.
Hours: 9-5:30pm Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis.
