What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound customer web enquiries – no cold calling!
- Call hot leads to discuss their vehicles and offer tailored solutions
- Use our buyer network to negotiate and close deals
- Manage your own sales pipeline and desk – you're in control
- Earn commission on every vehicle booked – from day one
What You’ll Earn
- Base Salary: £26,030
- Commission: Uncapped – with realistic earnings of:
- Year 1 OTE: £35,000–£50,000
- Year 2 OTE: £50,000+
Your Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday rotating shifts:
- Week 1: 08:00–16:30
- Weeks 2–3: 09:30–18:00
- Week 4: 11:30–20:00
- 1 Saturday + 1 Sunday per month, with a half-day Friday after each weekend worked
