We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee high-end landscaping and external works projects from start to finish. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Newtownards, offering the opportunity to work on major projects and lead skilled teams on site.

Location: Company based in Newtownards but with projects throughout NI.

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and work from landscape architects’ drawings
  • Negotiate, manage, and execute contracts effectively
  • Take a hands-on approach to site works, including setting levels, paving, kerbs, and drainage
  • Lead and coordinate all external works and landscaping activities
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure high standards of quality, health & safety, and budget control
  • Liaise with clients and key stakeholders
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget
