We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Manager to lead our children’s residential home in Smethwick. The home is made up of seven single‑occupancy flats for young people with Learning Disabilities, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Management experience within young people’s residential services
- RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
- Excellent working knowledge of Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children’s Act 2010
- Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
