We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable care provider for an experienced Supported Living Service Manager or Registered Manager to oversee multiple services across Redbridge and Newham. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and complex or challenging behaviours, with a strong focus on promoting independence and achieving positive outcomes.
The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day management of 2–3 supported living services
- Lead, motivate, and develop staff teams to deliver outstanding care
- Ensure services are safe, effective, and compliant with regulatory standards
- Support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals
- Maintain high standards of care, quality, and performance across all services
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Registered Manager within supported living or similar settings
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between services
- Strong experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
