We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to oversee 3–4 supported living services for young people aged 16–18 years. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people develop independence and achieve positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and support teams across multiple services. * Ensure high-quality care and support in line with organisational policies and Ofsted/Local Authority standards. * Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and rota management. * Develop and maintain effective working relationships with young people, families, and external professionals. * Ensure services meet safeguarding and compliance requirements. * Promote independence, personal development, and well-being for all young people in your care. Requirements: * Experience managing or supervising supported living or residential services (preferably with young people). * Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. * Good understanding of safeguarding and regulatory standards. * A relevant qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent (Level 3 or above desirable). * Full UK driving licence preferred.
