Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Senior Support Worker who personally wants to make a difference in the lives of young people.\\n\\nAs a Senior you will lead a team of support workers to deliver a high standard of care at all times. You recognise that the role is to help support service users maximise their choices, rights and decisions.\\n\\nThe successful candidate must have;\\n\\n- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare\\n\\n- Experience working with Young People with Learning Difficulties or Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.\\n\\n- Good written and verbal communication skills\\n\\nIf you meet the above specification then please get in touch ASAP, the successful applicant will be rewarded with:\\n\\n-Excellent rates of pay\\n\\n- Flexible working hours\\n\\n- Paid holiday\\n\\n- Ongoing career progression\\n\\nThe successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.\\n\\nSCR social care is committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of vulnerable adults / children as a priority.
