We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Temporary Desk Manager to join our expanding team at the Leicester office. We are a specialist Social Care recruitment agency with over 25 years industry experience and are growing year on year. We are looking to recruit an experienced Temporary Desk Manager to manage and grow a region's supply to the sector, or an experienced Social Care Recruiter with a history of permanent placements within the sector.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in either Social Care Recruitment or Temporary Desk Management
- Proven track record of Business Development
- An organised, hard-working personality
- A desire to manage, and progress within the organisation further
