We are looking for an experienced and committed Responsible Individual (RI) to oversee the quality and compliance of two children\’s residential services in Birmingham, supporting children with mild learning disabilities. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure strong safeguarding and welfare practices are upheld * Conduct regular audits and ensure full compliance with Clear Care systems * Support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care Requirements: * Proven knowledge of safeguarding legislation and children’s residential care * Familiarity with Clear Care systems and regulatory auditing * Ability to work 2–3 days per week with a flexible approach Join a dedicated team and help shape a safe, supportive environment for young people.
