We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage a residential service for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and Complex Behaviours.
Registered Manager responsibilities include:
- The daily running of the home
- Staff management
- Budgets
- Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times
- Compliance with all current legislation
To be considered for the role you will have:
- 2 years management experience within young people's services
- An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted
- Have completed the Level 5 Leadership and Management
- Excellent working knowledge of children's homes national minimum standards and the Children’s Act 2010
