Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Children’s Support Workers to join our team on a flexible basis.
As a Children’s Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high standards of care and supporting the emotional well-being of young people. You’ll be part of a supportive and dynamic team, empowering service users to make their own choices, exercise their rights and live fulfilling lives.
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people
- A full UK driving licence
- Ideally, a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care / Children & Young People (desirable but not essential)
- A minimum of 6 months UK experience in a similar care or support setting
- Someone who is empathetic, calm, and non-judgemental
- A committed and reliable team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude
