We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager to join a small, nurturing therapeutic children's home supporting children aged 4-10 years. This role is ideal for someone who can act as a therapeutic parental figure, offering consistency, emotional safety, and positive role modelling within a trauma‐informed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Registered Manager in the day‐to‐day running of the home
  • Provide direct care and therapeutic support to children
  • Lead, mentor, and support staff teams

  • Contribute to care planning, safeguarding, and Ofsted compliance

About You

  • Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (or equivalent)
  • Have at least 2 years' experience in children's residential care
  • Demonstrate a calm, nurturing, and emotionally available approach
  • Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs
  • A registered driver
