We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Children’s Support Workers to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. As a Children’s Support Worker, you will play a key role in promoting the emotional well-being, independence, and rights of the young people in your care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure that every child feels safe, respected, and empowered.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering consistent, high-quality care in line with individual care plans
- Supporting the emotional, behavioural, and social development of young people
