The young people you will support may have experienced trauma or difficult life circumstances and may present with challenging behaviours, autism, emotional and behavioural difficulties and complex support needs. The Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, helping them feel safe, supported and valued. Your responsibilities may include:

Flexible Agency Shifts
Agency work gives you the flexibility to work around your existing commitments, with shifts available across a range of residential childcare settings. You must be able to work flexible hours, which may include long day shifts, weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins. Flexibility is essential, as shift patterns and requirements will vary depending on the home and the needs of the young people.

Requirements
