We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, therapeutic 8-bedded children’s home that has been providing consistent, high-quality care. This is a unique opportunity to join a single-home provider (no expansion plans) that offers stability, strong values and long-term commitment to both staff and children.

About the Home

  • 8-bedded therapeutic residential home
  • Children aged 5–10 years
  • Supporting children with EBD and complex trauma
  • Trauma-informed approach
  • Daily enrichment activities
  • Annual summer camping trip and regular extracurricular activities (Karate, dance, clubs, etc.)

The Role

  • 38 hours per week
  • Supporting children with emotional, behavioural and developmental needs
  • Acting as a consistent, positive role model
  • Encouraging engagement in education and enrichment activities
  • Supporting therapeutic interventions and structured routines

We are looking for someone reliable, resilient and emotionally mature.
