SCR in Basildon is recruiting Residential Support Workers to support young people aged 7–17 across three homes. The role operates on a 24‑hour basis with Day 8am–8pm and Night 8pm–8am shifts.
You will work 3 shifts per week (36 hours) with scope to pick up extra shifts and move into permanent roles. After a 6‑month probation, you’ll pursue a Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification, creating a clear path to Senior Support Worker and beyond.
