We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a family-run, supportive care provider operating three children’s residential homes in the Basildon area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that genuinely invests in its staff, offers excellent training and provides clear progression opportunities.
About the Homes
- 3 residential children’s homes, all within close distance of each other
- Young people aged 14–17
- EBD services
- 2:1 staffing ratio – you are never lone working
Shifts & Flexibility
- You must be flexible to work days and nights
- Shift patterns:
- 8:00am – 8:00pm
- 8:00pm – 8:00am
Training & Development
- Restraint training
- Level 3 Residential Childcare Qualification
