Were looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to join a new and growing childrens residential service. As Registered Manager, youll have a key role in shaping the home, developing the team and embedding a strong culture from the outset. Creating a warm, nurturing and child-centred environment Working alongside therapeutic support to understand and meet each childs individual needs Supporting children to build confidence, independence and resilience Developing positive relationships with children, families and professionals Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, care and compliance Ensuring the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations and best practice Driving strong outcomes for the children in your care Were looking for someone who sees childrens residential care as more than just a job. Youll be an experienced Registered Manager who understands the responsibility that comes with leading a home and, most importantly, genuinely cares about the children and young people you support. A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care A good track record with Ofsted inspections Strong knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards Excellent safeguarding knowledge A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children Someone who will celebrate a child's achievements, encourage them to try something new, listen when they need someone to talk to and make sure they have opportunities to simply enjoy being a child. Someone who leads by example and wants the home to be somewhere that children genuinely feel safe, respected and at home. Youll be able to help shape the culture, develop your team and contribute to creating a home built around strong values, therapeutic support and meaningful experiences for children.
