Children's Support Workers
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Children's Support Workers to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people, providing high-quality care and emotional support in a safe, nurturing environment.
We are currently recruiting for 3 homes in Swindon, Bridgewater and Wellington.
As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a key role in promoting the emotional well-being, independence, and rights of the young people in your care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure that every child feels safe, respected, and empowered.
Upon a successful probation period, you will be encouraged to take the Level 3 Children and Young People Workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering consistent, high-quality care in line with individual care plans
Supporting the emotional, behavioural, and social development of young people
Helping young people make informed choices and develop life skills
Maintaining a safe, structured, and non-judgemental environment
Shift Pattern :
10am – 10pm + Sleep + 7am – 10am
3 Shifts Per Week
Working on 1:1 basis
Salary:
£34,300 - £37,650 annually
£15 per hour
£70 Sleeps
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 months experience working with children or young people in a similar setting
A full UK driving licence
A calm, committed, compassionate, and empathetic nature
A proactive and resilient approach with a strong “can-do” attitude
Please note: The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check as part of our rigorous safeguarding process.
