We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client providing both children's residential care and supported accommodation services across Southampton. Their children's homes support young people aged 11-15, while their supported accommodation services work with 16-18-year-olds preparing for independence.

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will act as a positive role model and parental figure, supporting young people with their daily routines, emotional wellbeing and personal development. You will be working within small, supportive teams to help create a safe, nurturing and structured environment.

Shifts & Hours:

  • Long day: 9:00am - 11:00pm + sleep-in
  • Morning: 7:00am - 9:30am (next day)
  • 3-week rolling rota: Week 1: 2 shifts, Week 2: 2 shifts, Week 3: 3 shifts
  • Total: 115.5 hours every 3 weeks
