We are seeking compassionate, reliable and committed Residential Support Workers to join our growing team on a permanent basis, supporting vulnerable children and young people aged 6-17 in residential settings.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with their daily routines and overall development. You will help create a safe, structured, nurturing and positive home environment.
You will support young people who may present challenging behaviours and who may have additional needs such as Autism, ADHD and Global Developmental Disorder.
- Manage and respond to challenging behaviours calmly and professionally
- Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with young people
- Support mental and physical wellbeing through meaningful and engaging activities
- Work collaboratively with social care professionals, healthcare providers, and families
- Ensure safeguarding, safety, and wellbeing are prioritised at all times
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
