Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our childrens residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for young people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a childrens residential home to deliver high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and safeguarding standards and maintain best practice across the home.

Qualifications

• Management experience within young peoples residential services
• RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
