We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a brand new Children’s Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a rare opportunity to build a service from the ground up in a beautifully presented, homely environment designed to provide stability and positive outcomes for young people. The Role:

  • Register with Ofsted as Registered Manager

  • Drive high standards, quality assurance, and positive Ofsted outcomes

About You:

  • Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) or working towards
  • Proven leadership experience within a Children’s Residential setting
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for young people with EBD
  • Full UK driving licence
