Job Description
We are seeking anexperienced Registered Managerto lead a childrens residential service supportingyoung people with emotional and behavioural needs.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance with regulations, and positive outcomes for young people. You will lead, develop and support the staff team while promoting safeguarding, stability and quality practice.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in childrens residential care

Achieved at least a Good Ofsted rating

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)

Strong knowledge of safeguarding, legislation and quality standards

Excellent leadership and communication skills
