Job Description
Were looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to join a new and growing childrens residential service.
This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely cares about childrens residential care and wants to play a key role in creating a home where children feel safe, valued, supported and able to thrive.

The role As Registered Manager, youll have a key role in shaping the home, developing the team and embedding a strong culture from the outset.

Youll be an experienced Registered Manager who understands the responsibility that comes with leading a home and, most importantly, genuinely cares about the children and young people you support.
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care A good track record with Ofsted inspections Strong knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards A relevant Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management, or equivalent Experience leading, developing and motivating a team A strong understanding of therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches Excellent safeguarding knowledge A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children The kind of person we're looking for Were looking for a manager who believes that the little things matter.
