We are recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a supportive and well-established family-run organisation providing care for young people within therapeutic EBD residential homes in the Basildon area. About the Homes
- Based across 3 children's residential homes within close proximity of each other in Basildon.
- Young people are typically aged 14-17, although placements can be accepted from age 11+.
Shift Patterns
- Candidates must be flexible to work both day and night shifts:
- Day shifts: 8am - 8pm
- Night shifts: 8pm - 8am
The service will always try to accommodate staff preferences where possible, however flexibility is essential.
Induction Shifts
Expected commitment of 3-4 shifts per week.
