We are looking for a Dual Registered Manager to manage two residential services for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Dual RM responsibilities include:
- The daily running of the two homes
- Staff management
- Budgets
- Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times
- Compliance with all current legislation relating
To be considered for the role you will have:
- A good track record with Ofsted
- An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted
- Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5
- Excellent working knowledge of children's homes national minimum standards and the Children's Act 2010
