I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Deputy Manager for a medium sized Residential Home in the St Agnes area. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Deputy Manager. The role will involve assisting the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home and the running of the home in the manager's absence.
For the right candidate, the salary is between £30,000 and £35,000.
- The Registered Manager must have QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Prior experience as Deputy Manager of a Residential Home (Essential)
- Prior experience as Senior Care Assistant (Essential)
- Strong staff management skills
