We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a well-established, family-run company that genuinely invests in its staff. You will be supporting young people in residential children's homes within the Basildon area.
About the Homes:
- Working with young people aged 11-17
- Although behaviours can be challenging, the young people are settled and engaging well
- 2:1 staffing ratio - no lone working
Shift Pattern & Working Hours:
- You must be flexible to work both days and nights
- Preferences are considered, but flexibility is essential
- Standard shifts:
- Days: 8:00am - 8:00pm
- Nights: 8:00pm - 8:00am
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience working with children
- Enhanced DBS: We can process this for you; however, you will be required to pay for it
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Training & Development:
