Shifts: Days & Nights (Full Flexibility Required)

We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a well-established, family-run company that genuinely invests in its staff. You will be supporting young people in residential children's homes within the Basildon area.

About the Homes:

  • Working with young people aged 11-17
  • Although behaviours can be challenging, the young people are settled and engaging well
  • 2:1 staffing ratio - no lone working

Shift Pattern & Working Hours:

  • You must be flexible to work both days and nights
  • Preferences are considered, but flexibility is essential
  • Standard shifts:
  • Days: 8:00am - 8:00pm
  • Nights: 8:00pm - 8:00am
  • Requirement to complete 3-4 shifts per week
  • Essential Requirements:

    • Minimum 6 months experience working with children
    • Enhanced DBS: We can process this for you; however, you will be required to pay for it
    • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
