We are looking for a passionate and people focused Team Member to join our innovative and fast-growing team. You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and human connection. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure customer needs are understood, addressed, and exceeded.

Over time, you will also support team initiatives, contribute to service improvement strategies, and assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members. You will develop a strong understanding of our services and client base, using feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve processes and identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer journey.

Attention to detail, strong organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively will be essential to success in this position. We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for customer service and a solution oriented mindset.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a positive, proactive attitude are essential. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or other client facing roles is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. What matters most is ambition, drive, and a desire to develop professionally.
