As a Management Trainee, you\'ll be at the forefront of our marketing and sales teams learning and developing skills within leadership and management to eventually be helping us manage our ever growing marketing campaigns and growing client demand.
Here\'s what you\'ll be doing:
Sales Support: Assist our sales team by developing targeted strategies, generating leads, and nurturing customer relationships through effective communication.
Training and Development: Mentor and develop the next wave of talent in our marketing and sales department, guiding them in campaign development, strategic planning, and professional growth. Help inspire and lead a team of professionals, guiding them in their development, planning, and goal achievement.
Market Insight: Dive deep into market research to uncover trends, analyse competitor strategies, and identify new opportunities for growth.
Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
