Not your average entry-level role. BasePoint runs face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for some of the UK's biggest household brands - including EE, BT, and British Gas. We're expanding, and we're looking for driven individuals who want to build real skills in marketing, sales, and leadership from day one - not in a classroom, not behind a screen, but in the field with real customers and real results.
The Role
- Engaging customers and communicating products and services with confidence
- Representing established UK brands in a professional, face-to-face environment
- Contributing to live marketing campaigns and tracking your own performance
- Developing your leadership and communication skills through hands-on experience
No two days are the same. The pace is fast, the feedback is immediate, and the growth is real.
Training & Development
You won't be thrown in the deep end. Every new team member goes through structured training covering:
- Customer engagement and professional communication
- Brand representation and campaign delivery
- Performance tracking and personal development
- Leadership foundations and team coordination
Training is ongoing - we invest in people who invest in themselves.
Progression
BasePoint promotes from within. There is no seniority queue here - progression is based entirely on performance and attitude. As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Mentor and support new team members
- Coordinate and lead campaign activity
- Step into leadership and team management roles
The people currently leading our teams started exactly where you'd be starting.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need a degree or a sales background. You do need:
- A genuine interest in people and communication
- A preference for hands-on, active work over desk-based roles
- A competitive edge and a willingness to be coached
- Full-time availability and the ability to work on-site in London
- Experience in hospitality, retail, events, or customer service is a plus — but plenty of our best performers came in with none of it.
A Few Practical Points
- Full-time, on-site role based in London
- Self-employed structure with performance-based earnings
- Working hours vary depending on campaign schedules
- OTE reflects realistic on-target earnings for full-time performers
