SCP has an opportunity for an operations coordinator to join its team in London.

Operations coordinator

SCP Contracts is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused operations coordinator to manage order processing, daily operational support, delivery and installation bookings and client communication.

Key responsibilities:

  • process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • check supplier order confirmations and log orders
  • manage order schedule to ensure supplier orders are dispatched and received on time
  • coordinate with suppliers, installation teams and warehouse
  • schedule and confirm client delivery and installs
  • support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations
  • resolve product and delivery issues professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

  • experience within the high-end furniture or home retail industry an advantage
  • previous experience in operations, logistics, retail or customer service preferred
  • strong communication and organisational skills
  • good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • experience using Sage software and Monday.com preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
