We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Direct Marketing and Management Trainee. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing and management teams to develop and execute successful campaigns, as well as receive comprehensive training and support to help you grow and succeed in your role. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in marketing and management, and to grow your career within our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our marketing and management teams to develop and execute successful campaigns
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, including market research, customer profiling, and campaign planning
  • Analyse campaign results and provide regular feedback and insights to inform future strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all campaign activities and customer interactions
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a passion for marketing and management
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Previous experience in marketing or management is an asset, but not required
