SCP has an opportunity for an operations coordinator to join its team in London. SCP Contracts is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused operations coordinator to manage order processing, daily operational support, delivery and installation bookings and client communication.
Key responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Check supplier order confirmations and log orders
- Manage order schedule to ensure supplier orders are dispatched and received on time
- Coordinate with suppliers, installation teams and warehouse
- Schedule and confirm client delivery and installs
- Support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations
- Resolve product and delivery issues professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
- Experience within the high-end furniture or home retail industry an advantage
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience using Sage software and Monday.com preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
