As a Registered Nurse working within our packages of care, you will provide a high standard of nursing care to our clients with complex needs. You will work closely with the family and MDT, under the oversight of the company’s complex community nurse. An up-to-date care plan will guide your work to ensure awareness of the client’s needs and wishes. You will deliver holistic, person-centred care to help clients meet their full potential. The role offers flexibility and can be highly rewarding.

You will deliver care in line with the care plan, including:

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Use of invasive ventilators during the night
  • Deep suctioning
  • Cough Assist
  • Catheter Care
  • Bowel Management
  • Medication Administration

What you’ll need:

  • Registered Nurse Diploma/Degree with an active NMC Pin and at least 3 years of experience
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, and compassionate
  • Experience in moving and handling
  • Experience with tracheostomies, ventilators, cough assist, deep suctioning, supra pubic catheters, bowel management, and medication administration
