Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Complex Care Assistant to support a young adult client with dystonia, global developmental delay, and chronic lung disease. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, proactive, and a team player who brings empathy and patience to their role. As the client is non-verbal and hard of hearing, you will play a key part in encouraging and supporting alternative communication methods to help them express their needs and enhance their daily experience. This is a rewarding opportunity to build on your existing skills while making a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
Qualifications:
- A full UK driving licence.
- A previous background in the care sector.
- Experience of administering medication.
- Moving & Handling experience.
