Job Description:
We are looking for a calm, patient, and empathetic carer who can build trust while respecting the client’s independence. The ideal candidate will have strong observation skills to monitor her diabetes and epilepsy, with confidence in responding to emergencies. Good communication and listening skills are essential to support her emotional wellbeing, manage anxiety, and provide reassurance in social situations. The carer should be encouraging and supportive in helping the client maintain her home environment, while also being reliable, safety-conscious, and confident escorting her to community activities to ensure she feels secure while engaging in hobbies she enjoys.
