We're hiring a Co-founder & CTO — come build the future of impact intelligence with us. At Scoutifi, we're automating socio-economic impact reporting — giving funders and business support organisations the tools to measure, report, and prove the true economic value of their work. We're early stage, moving fast, and backed by a clear mission.

We're looking for a technical co-founder who wants more than a job title. You'll own the full engineering vision: architecting our AI-driven platform, leading our remote engineering team, and turning a compelling product into something that genuinely changes how impact is measured.

What you'll be building:

  • A scalable Next.js / Go platform on Google Cloud, handling complex data pipelines and integrations
  • AI features powered by Google Gemini and Vertex AI that surface real insight from socio-economic data
  • Robust APIs (gRPC & REST) connecting our SaaS platform to client infrastructure
  • A CI/CD culture — clean code, automated pipelines, production-grade reliability

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years as a full-stack engineer with a track record of building complex products
  • Expert in TypeScript, React, Next.js on the frontend; Go on the backend
  • Hands-on with GCP — Cloud Run, GKE, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Vertex AI
  • You think commercially as well as technically — you understand the customer problem, not just the code
  • Based in London with the right to work in the UK

This is a co-founder role — you'll have real equity, a seat at the table, and the chance to shape a company from the ground up.

If you're an engineer who wants to build something that matters, we'd love to talk. DM us or apply via the link below.
