The Role
You’ll be deeply embedded into one of our exciting clients as a Tech Talent Partner, embracing their culture, and owning end‑to‑end recruitment processes and adding great value to the candidate experience.
You’ll be plugged into an internal TA Team, building strong relationships partnering with key stakeholders, and owning hiring across a variety of roles, ensuring ongoing success when it comes to Talent Acquisition objectives for them.
What will you be doing
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team structures, technical skill requirements, and long‑term hiring goals.
- Design and implement tailored sourcing strategies to attract top‑tier engineering talent, including software engineers, data scientists, DevOps professionals, and more.
- Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process—from job postings and proactive sourcing to candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche job boards, etc.) to identify and engage high‑quality technical candidates.
- Build, nurture, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience hiring across engineering, product, or other technical teams.
- Ideally you will have internal, embedded and agency background.
- Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in‑demand skill sets.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ATS tools, reporting, and data‑driven recruiting practices.
Please note, this is initially to join an ongoing project we have for an initial 3‑month Fixed Term Contract, with the potential to extend or turn into a permanent role.
