Founded in 2020, Scout now have Talent Partners located across the UK, New York & Sydney where we are able to provide local knowledge and support to our clients with plans to expand into other cities throughout this year, and we’d love for you to be part of our journey!

Please note, this is initially a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, with the potential to extend, and/or become a permanent role.
The Role:
- You’ll be deeply embedded into one of our exciting clients as a Tech Talent Partner, embracing their culture, finding the world’s best talent and adding great value to the candidate experience.
- You’ll be plugged into an internal TA Team, building strong relationships partnering with senior recruiters to provide support ensuring ongoing success when it comes to Talent Acquisition objectives for them.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years’ experience within a fast paced recruitment environment.
- Strong sourcing skills, and expertise with Boolean.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets and modern engineering stacks.
- Open to either in-house or agency experience.
- Experience using LinkedIn recruiter to source candidates effectively and develop talent pools.
- Ability to deliver a great candidate experience.
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to prioritise your day effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills - ensuring everyone you speak with gets a great brand experience.
- Experience working in tech, product led, startup, or scale up environments is a plus.
