We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner to take full ownership of recruitment for a fast growing company in the space sector. You’ll shape how the business finds, attracts, and hires world class technical talent, ensuring every candidate has a great experience.
Working closely with leadership and technical teams, you’ll build talent pipelines for highly specialised roles, advise on technical requirements, and help define the long term hiring strategy. This is a hands on, high impact role where your work directly influences the company’s growth and culture.
- Help define recruitment processes, best practices, and long term talent strategies
- Play a key role in shaping the company’s hiring culture from the ground up
6+ years’ experience in fast-paced recruitment, either in-house or agency
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment platforms
