We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner to take full ownership of recruitment for a fast growing, highly technical company. You’ll shape how the business finds, attracts, and hires world class technical talent, while ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience. Working closely with leadership and technical teams, you’ll build talent pipelines for highly specialised roles, advise on technical requirements, and help define the long term hiring strategy. This is a hands on, high impact role where your work directly influences the company’s growth and culture. Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialised technical roles across engineering and other highly technical disciplines. 6+ years’ experience in fast-paced recruitment, either in-house or agency ~ Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment platforms ~
