Job Description

Scout is now recruiting for a Payroll Co-coordinator on a 12 month maternity cover contract. The offices are located the outskirts of Stamford and the ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration of the payroll. You will be the main contact for all employee related day to day accounting including business expenses, corporate credit cards and timesheets.\\nThis role is a full time 12-month contract.

Salary Circa £33K – £40K plus excellent non salaried benefits.\\nResponsibilities include:\\n• Weekly time entry processing and query handling for project allocation of labour, overtime and overseas working.\\n• Reconcile monthly labour posting in General Ledger\\n• Producing monthly payroll data for submission to external payroll providers. Presenting final payroll documentation for approval by the Finance Manager.\\n• Producing all relevant payroll submissions to HMRC, payroll providers and overseas authorities as required in line with required deadlines.\\n• Processing and maintaining company pension scheme data.\\n• Produce monthly KPI reports employee headcount and labour analysis\\n• Resolving all payroll queries.\\n• Reconciliating payroll liability balance sheet accounts.\\n• Processing all employee expenses and queries\\n• Maintaining and administering employees the business expense processing software, setting up new employees and providing training where required.\\n• Arranging temporary advances for one off travel.\\n• Continuously improving payroll processes to ensure a high level of payroll service and accuracy.\\n• Support month-end close procedures and ad-hock duties as required.\\nKey Skills:\\n• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role, preparing, processing and analysing payroll information. Ideally international payroll experience.\\n• IT literate (Microsoft Office) with excellent Excel skills.

Ideally experience of using Sage200.\\n• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.\\n• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and highly dependable.\\n• Good organisation and time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.\\nThis role is commutable from:\\nHuntingdon\\nPeterborough\\nStamford\\nGrantham\\nNewark\\nNottingham\\nNorthampton\\nLeicester\\nCorby\\nKettering\\nMarket Harborough\\nMelton Mowbray\\nOakham\\nSpalding\\nSpalding\\nBourne
