Temporary booking from the 23rd April to 30th May 2025. Scout is currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator. This is a temporary booking for a very reputable business located on the outskirts of Stamford.
The ideal candidate will have good strong administration skills. Experience in HR is not essential. Monday to Friday full time. Rate of pay £13.80 per hour. Free car parking on site.
Key responsibilities:
- Updating corrupt hyperlinks and updating the training matrix – recording of training certificates.
- Support with reviewing and updating of job descriptions.
- Prepare and issue contracts of employment and obtain all pre-employment and new starter paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
- Training administration.
- Benefit and insurance administration.
- Support monthly payroll administration – collating and submission of information.
- Administer the Employee of the Month recognition program.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Perform any other general HR duties as assigned.
